As per 15 December 2019, the PMP exam outline will be changed. The exam will focus on three domains:
People – emphasizing the skills & activities associated with effectively leading a project team
Process – reinforcing the technical aspects of managing a project
Business Environment – highlighting the connection between projects and organization strategy
This is a good sign of the project management profession as it is evolving all the time.
